They suffered in camps, ghettos and death marches, miraculously escaped and immigrated to Israel. They served in the military and fulfilled their role with dedication in senior positions in the country, despite the traumas and health problems that haunted them from the Holocaust.

Now, in the last years of their lives, many of them are forced to live in poverty and deprivation and suffer from difficult conditions.

This is the moment when they look at us:

"Even in the most difficult moments, when we stared death in the face, we knew. AM ISRAEL CHAI. Do not let us freeze to death, do not let us die of hunger, do not let us live without respect. We swore, no more!"

Every day another 40 Holocaust survivors die all over the world – There is no time left.
